Any profit making or ticket selling function is classed as an outside event so the hire charge is £200 irrespective if it is a charity event or booked by a Club member

Last orders at the bar for private functions is 11.30pm
A bar extension until midnight at a cost of an extra £25 can be applied for
If you need someone to collect tickets on the door we can provide one for £35
 
If you are not a member, but have a member of the family who is, they can book on your behalf at the members rate.
 
If you do not have any family who are members, then why not save money on your booking and become an Associate Member.

We do not take bookings for 18th or 21st birthday parties
 
No outside catering allowed, though it can be provided by the Club - see the Food page for catering facilities

All Hire of Hall bookings must be completed via the Club Secretary on 01452 392036 or via email 
 
Bookings cannot be taken in the Club - this is to avoid double bookings

NO confetti or party poppers of any description allowed
